BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

What do I need to do to book an appointment?

Download the app called:  Vagaro from your app store on your phone.  Look up Body by Todd.  Make an account, fill our all our onboard  & liability forms then book & pay for your package.

We have a strict 24 hr cancellation policy.  If you do not cancel w/in 24 hrs of your appointment time the session will be forfeited.

You can cancel and book sessions directly on the app.

WHAT TO WEAR

What do I need to wear to an appointment?

Good fitting cross trainer tennis shoes, workout pants and t shirt.  Always bring a towel and water with you to each session.

For group training – bring a larger beach size towel for floor work.

Wear workout clothing.  It is best not to wear slippery workout pants and do not use lotion on skin before appointment.  [if you forget don’t worry abt it].

HOW TO PAY FOR SESSIONS

How do I pay for my program?

All major credit cards, cash and paypal are methods of payment we accept.

You can pay for programs directly on our app which you can download from your phone under the booking app:  Vagaro

Set up your account on the app: Vagaro.  It should allow you to book your first session.  Bring copy of gift card to your first session so we can key it into your account.

COMMON CONCERNS

Will I be the worse one?

All our exercises are NON-Impact and can be modified to give you only the exercises you can do.

We have beginners up to advanced exercisers train together.  We will adjust what weights each strength level can handle.  You will be watched closely to be sure you learn how to do the exercises.

Group fitness works well for clients who have 15-60lbs to lose.  For clients with over 75lbs to lose, its best to do VIP private training for first 6-12 wks to drop 25lbs and shape up enough to be able to do the group session programs.
