- Train 1 session each week in training facility and 1 session on app

- 30, 60, 90 min sessions and couples workouts available. Pricing discounts for more than 1 session per week.

Program 4 > Best for clients who enjoy competition + want an accelerated challenging program. For weight losses of 10lbs to 115lbs to compete in Power Lifting competitions.
AIT Power-Team – 12 week diet and shape up program for new power lifting athletes
AIT Power-Team FITNESS – Program Includes:
- Unlimited Bootcamp sessions each week
- Lose up to 50lbs in 12 weeks & 100lbs in 24 weeks
- Off-day power-team workouts on app for you to do at home or at gym
- 30 day supply of Meal replacement Formula 15 protein shakes + fat-burners each month.
- Train in one POWER-TEAM session each month on the 1st Saturday of month with rest of the team for 90 minutes.
