Program 2 > Best for clients who want an intermediate level weight training program with focus on lower body + abs and have 20-60lbs to lose.

TBX Fitness – 12 week diet and shape up program

TBX FITNESS – Small Group Fitness Includes:

  • Non impact program
  • Lose up to 50lbs in 12 weeks
  • Indoor program
  • Train 1 session each week in training facility and 1 session on app
  • FREE app in this program
  • Use of lower body / booty toning band in this program – pls bring to each session [additional $20 fee for your band]

Sessions offered 3 days per week; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Program 3 > Best for clients who need a customized program to work around joint/mobility issues, need specific session times and enjoy private training over group fitness

  • Great for clients needing sport specific training or with time conflicts for our small group personal training sessions.
  • Fully customized training for your goals.
  • Experienced with clients seeking to lose 50-125lbs, compete in first athletic event, need diet and fitness program for special diet requirements.
  • 30, 60, 90 min sessions and couples workouts available.  Pricing discounts for more than 1 session per week.

Program 4 > Best for clients who enjoy competition + want an accelerated challenging program. For weight losses of 10lbs to 115lbs to compete in Power Lifting competitions.

AIT Power-Team  – 12 week diet and shape up program for new power lifting athletes

AIT Power-Team FITNESS – Program Includes:

  • Unlimited Bootcamp sessions each week
  • Lose up to 50lbs in 12 weeks & 100lbs in 24 weeks
  • Off-day power-team workouts on app for you to do at home or at gym
  • 30 day supply of Meal replacement Formula 15 protein shakes + fat-burners each month.
  • Train in one POWER-TEAM session each month on the 1st Saturday of month with rest of the team for 90 minutes.
  • Power-lifting athlete meal plan
